VIRTUAL LUNCH & LEARN
WAYS TO SUPPORT OUR MENTAL HEALTH IN TIMES OF CHANGE: FLIP THE TITLE FROM STRESS TO SUCCESS
Most of us feel comfortable when we have certainty in our lives. We do not like change! We want to know what is happening when and we notice things that feel different. This very reaction, while there to protect us, can cause all sorts of havoc when there is a sense of uncertainty and conflicting information around us.
We may feel helpless about what will happen next. In times like these, our stress levels can skyrocket and it is impossible to perform at an optimal level when you are feeling stressed. Join us on October 20, 2021, at 11:30 a.m., for this timely Virtual Lunch-and-Learn and flip the tile from STRESS to SUCCESS!
