Mission Statement
The Pittsburgh Association for Financial Professionals (formerly called the Pittsburgh Treasury Management Association) was founded to provide an informal forum for the exchange of ideas, concepts and best practices used by financial professionals. Through education, communication and commitment, the Association strives to improve the quality of financial management. The Association is dedicated to increasing the awareness of the financial profession as a career choice.

The Pittsburgh Association for Financial Professionals is a regional Chapter of the Association for Financial Professionals.

Key Benefits of Belonging to the PAFP

As a member of the PAFP, you are invited to attend bi-monthly programs featuring guest speakers that have been pre-approved for CCM, CTP or CPE credits.  Join us for informal lunchtime or dinner seminars to network and discuss current issues and events affecting the business financial community. The cost of attending these programs is included in the membership fee.   

As a member of the PAFP you will be invited to social events offering networking with professionals employed in similar functions.  You also have access to the "Members Only" section of this web site that contains the contact information of each member.

Participation in the PAFP’s job bank. The job bank allows members to post information about
available jobs on this web site and publish those opportunities in our monthly newsletter. PAFP members learn about job opportunities and can submit their resumes through the PAFP. 

PAFP offers Local Career Trust Service - The Association for Financial Professionals offers a Career Trust Service. Career Trust gives AFP members who are between positions a one year membership dues waiver. The PAFP also offers this service for members. If you are a current member of the PAFP and are between positions, you may receive a dues waiver for membership which is good for that membership year. PAFP members are eligible for this service after one year of paid membership.
